I've been told that Tomas has a schedule conflict for the normal day next month. What else would work for people? If we come up with a good day, we'll also need to check with Six Feet Under Games.

Mother's Day, the 9th is out for me. Any other Sunday should work, unless my mother has a Memorial Day Picnic.

OK, I should have waited for the new schedule. The bossman wants to have extra server on the day after the Derby. Yes that means I am now doing a 6day week, with 2 double shifts next week, and have to work on the 2nd.

The 30th is no good for me, will be on vacation. Other than that, Sundays in May are clear for me.

The first sunday won't work for me, as I'll be in Boston, but I doubt that was on the table anyway. Other than that, May's clear.

Anything other than Mother's Day I think works for me.

Alright, the 5th Sunday, the 30th, should be good for me as well. We'll go with that as the date unless I hear otherwise.

OK, one problem with the 30th- Six Feet Under is having a tournament and will be crawling with the little Pokemonsters. There's no room for us there that date.
So, we need an alternate location for one day. My house is available, but I don't know if people really want to travel to Manheim. Suggestions/thoughts?

My home is fairly large and free that day. It's in Lititz, so I'm not sure what kind of commute that is for you guys. The other issue being that, unlike you guys, I don't own my home. I doubt my parents would have an issue with it, but nonetheless.
I'm making it available as an option if the commute isn't that bad.

Manheim is OK for me, but Tom is the one with the hike there, and Kevin too from Gap.

We can have the game at my place in Lancaster on the 30th, but we got dog recently and with the cat also I'm not sure how Dragonsrule's allergies will be. If he is fine, then my place is open. Also, it would be roughly right in the middle of where everyone else lives.

I should be fine, as long as I take a Claritan, before I come. It works for 6 Feet Under, and they have 4 dogs and a cat.
