Tortellini Salad
This salad can be served either warm or cold.
Ingredients:
1-13 oz. pkg. Barilla tortellini, dry type (either Cheese, or Cheese and Spinach) Olive oil 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp dried Italian herb mixture 4 Tbsp Vidalia Sweet Onion relish
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions, but add a tablespoon of olive oil to the boiling water to keep pasta from sticking and to infuse it with the olive oil flavor. Drain; place into large bowl. Add ½ cup olive oil plus the remaining ingredients; mix gently so as to not break up the pasta.
Serves six.
