Just wondered if there were any other readers of this excellent series of books by Terry Goodkind. I have to say that these are books that i rarely put down. I love the concept, the characters and the clever evolving storyline.

I've read most of them, although they're a little dark for my tastes in fantasy. It's kind of like "The Lord of the Rings" crossed with "A Series of Unfortunate Events" with the kind of luck the main characters have.

I've read a couple of his books... Wizard's First Rule or something like that. I loved the concept. It reminded me a lot of E.R. Burroughs where every time you see the heroes get out of the frying pan, it's into the fire. Hey, it keeps you reading.

Ive read light fantasy, dark fantasy and just about everything in between. But I do love reading these books.

I've been meaning to read these books but haven't gotten around to it. My wife has read most of them and enjoyed them. She seems to think Goodkind is running out of ideas though and hasn't read the last one or two in the series.
I personally love dark fantasy, ie J V Jones, Melanie Rawn, G R R Martin, Stephen R Donaldson and others.
