But my brain is in my head, should it be relocated?

I knew Kaber would be thinking up all sorts of nasties for us for killing that dragon before he was really ready. I have a sitter Sunday, so I'm good to go for the whole game, for a change.

Considering Vera's necromancer's track record in LGG1, Kaber'd better be prepared to think on his feet as well, hehe. "I wish the dragon was free!" "I wish the entire session was spend messing around with the space-time continuum!" Memo to self: Kill the necro. Hehe. Eh, I think Kaber's still bitter about the cleric taking down his dragon with one spell

I don't know what you mean. Just because I've banned the Harm spell from all of my campaigns and have now given all dragons, snakes, eals and the like damage reduction 50/ adamantine and 50 SR means nothing. ;D

It seems like it's been such a long time since we last played.

Just make all of their natural armor count as deflection and give them a 75% miss chance. SR and DR are too easy to get around.

I need to go back to third grade, that was far too hard to read.

Rather than buffing up the mobs why not try some strategy? Buffing the mobs just for the sake of countering player characters seems like a simple minded workaround.
Kaber, I know your comment was made in jest given that you have a very good creative mind I know you can rise above the numbers game.

Kaber's happy to have a new monster manual - maybe there is something extremely nasty in there to hit us with. I'm sure he'll figure out something.
Don't forget though, even the lowly cricket can be a deathly combatent when the dice gods hate you!!

Just remember, if the monster looks like a phantasmal jellyfish and can posess a corpse, RUN AWAY!

lol, there is something really funny about getting your ass kicked by an average creature like a cricket. Granted it's a "normal" cricket for D&D but still it's amusing.
