well well well. Look whose returning to the ring at the next pay per view: Taboo Tuesday. none other then Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mick Folley. Folley will be goin up against Carlitto Cool and Austin will be goin up against the new Monday night announcer: The Coach. Abviously they are buildin up to something bigger for Austin with the Mcmahon's. the stipulation is if Austin wins JR will get rehired back to the company and if he loses Austin will get fired. hmmm something tells me he wont get fired. i think he will win. the McMahons wont hire JR back and Hogan comes back as a corperate wrestler for the McMahons that will set up the Austin-Hogan Wrestlemania match.

I think you will see J.R. back after he recovers from his surgery. The amount of hate mail and people saying they will no longer watch Raw or order PPVs caught them off guard. J.R. has been cutting back on his duties with the WWE for a little bit of time now. I think the way they took him off the air was not the best way to do it.
You have to love the way the are re-kindling the McMahon/Austin feud, knowing that they have come into an agreement on Austin staring in 3 WWE produced films.
Plus if Coach stays the full time lead Announcer I may have to stop watching RAW. He was absolutely AWFUL. Even Jerry Lawler had trouble working with him. I think they need to bring Michael Cole over from Smackdown until J.R. is back.

Rumor floating around is that they are thinkin of putting Cole on RAW. Would be interestin who they would put with Taz then. Maybe ECW's old announcer maybe. WWE did sign him so that would make sense. Ccoach just cant carry Raw. If anyone The King should have took over as head announcer.

No, Lawler being the Play by Play man would never work. Look at him as being Jerry Lewis to J.R.'s Dean Martin. He has the role down as to just what to say when the Play by Play guy says something. Lawler would lose all his appeal if the did the main job. Could he do it ? Yes, and would be 100% better than Coach. Put Coach with Taz, at the end of the first show Taz would then take him into the ring and Suplex the crap out of him. LOL

if anything they should go with a three man team on Monday with cole, coach and king if vince is serious about keepin coach on the team. thought it would be cool to bring in styles to announce smakedonw with taz. that would be a riot.
maybe they could actually teach coach how to wreslte. then he would be good in the ring. he has the mic work down. actually think hes funny when he does his a&&kissing routine.
but u know what they say....if it isnt broke dont fix it.

still would love them to do away with the split shows and go back to the way it was. the split format isnt workin and hasnt worked since they started it. argh. shoot the dead horse already vince.

been watchin this weeks raw. wow look who was on tv. jimmy superfly snuka, hacksaw jim duggan, kamala, golddust, and vader. i myself have met vader and snuka.
golddust and vader will be in the Coach's corner during taboo tuesday pay perview. coach was post to wrestling steve austun. i have heard two stories why not. one was austin pulled a hissie fit that they wanted him to loss to the coach. the other one that i did read was that he was moving furniture at home and hurt his back. now coach will be wrestling batista from smakedown.
eugene will be wrestling rob conway and the fans vote on who will be in eugene's corner: snuka, duggan, or kamala. i also met eugene along with william regan.
should be a half decent show tuesday night. i will try to post the revery *friendly* persons wed. night at the latest.

joey styles did the announcing with lawler at the taboo tuesday pay per view. for at least the next two weeks of raw he will be announcin. after that no one is sayin. this is probally a try out and then try to sign him to a contract. but i heard it will have to be something special for him to leave his other job.
heard the ratings were pretty bad on usa. to the point they were tryin to hide the ratings from the media. is it just me or has the shows gone down hill fast and hard since they went to a two promotion/ show format between raw and smakedown. not sure how much longer vince is goin to try to make this work. it isnt workin. wont work and never will. give in and do away with it. it sucks.

They can't stop having 2 different shows and products. He has too many wrestlers under contract and most contracts are designed with a base salary, then bonuses for TV matches and more for PPV matches. If you cut it to 1 product then you would have way too many people unhappy. Ratings are about par with what they have been all along. Raw may have taken a small drop but alot of that has to do with the JR situation.

actually when wwe left usa originally for spike and did the split shows they went from 6+ ratings on usa to uder 4 on spike with the split squads or even lower. and now that it went back to usa....ummm there is a reason they all were tryin to hiding the ratings. the product sucks with this split. no way around it. they do away with the two separat brands dont mean that the top guys have to wrestle both shows. can wrestle on one show and do a promo on the other like they did back in the day. the ratings show that the fans arent turnin in to this two show format. its time to restucture and try something new if not different. it was a good idea in the begining but it isnt workin.

With the untimely death of Eddie, both Raw and Smackdown threw out all plot lines and other BS for this weeks shows. Loki will be happy, from whats on the "spoiler site" all matches end up being Raw vs Smackdown. All Wrestlers who took part did so on the own. No one was forced to wrestle. In between matches it will be like the Owen Hart show, different wrestlers saying things about Eddie and his life.
Chris Benoit talks on both Smackdown and Raws shows. He and Eddie wrestled together for a long time both here in the states and over in Japan and had a really close friendship. Chavo does a really cool tribute to his Uncle in a match against JBL, which will be on Smackdown on Friday I believe. I don't know if he wrestled as Chavo or Kerwin though.
