The fajitas were great as was the madness that ensued in our game. I can't wait to read the summary of the events that took place.

The fajitas were great as was the madness that ensued in our game. I can't wait to read the summary of the events that took place. It really gives me a thrill when I see people enjoying the food I make. I'm glad everyone like the theme of Mexican night; and I didn't even have to get out the air freshener. As to the game, I'm happy you guys let me throw in my two cents worth now and then, and be your comedic relief at times. ME!!!!

lol, didn't see that. Yeah, so, first I guess the recap.
With the help of the sorcerous (Sorry joe, I can't remember which one that was....Mara I think.) and her permentant Circles of Teleportation and Amarils scouting, Tusk was able to teleport his army directly into the heart of the city. In a little under half an hour 20,000 Orcs subdued the cities denezins.
First went the War hulks to secure a perimeter and meet any intial resistance which came in the form of 20 beholders. Frost, the Yak was made a giant and boosted with Sols spells took out many of the Beholders. Seamus, riding on the back of Anna his dragon mount, were most helpful in this. Aramil caused distractions by setting fires to on one end of the city to confuse enemy forces.
Tusk and Frost with Seamus above marched to the castle to meet enemy war hulks here. It was then that the Ranger Elf,m sent by his brothers (and played by Joe Grizzly) threw a magical item at tusk. Frost had just engaged the enemy war hulks when the item exploded in a black, sinewy fog. Everything the coiled tenticals struck disappeared.....including Tusk. Freinds followed to the rescue.
They find themselves on the third layer of Acheron. after witnessing a breath taking battle between two of the cube layers they are set upon by Orcs. Tusk demands an audiance with their general and is met by Ilvune (something like that) A female demi-god of the Orc's and general under Gruuumsh himself. She first tries flirtation and domination it fails as she fails to hit Tusk and it escelates from there until Tusk knocks her unconcious (with a little help from of Frost.)
Tusk meets Gruumsh who challanges tusk in a battle against his favored captain...Groggrog (Grummsh even imparts a small spark of Divinity to him). The battle is fought with the party against 50 Orcs two foul creatures and the general. The 50 Orcs is little match for the party and even Groggrog falls. (The two critters put up a better fight)
Tusk gains the spark of Divinity from Groggrog, is gifted with a ring called the Eye of Gruuumsh and is sent back with a warning. An elf will take his throne. Wether prophecy or Ill feelings Tusk cannot say but they return to where they left only a few hours have passed (maybe a day) and Tusk is now virtually immortal. (He can't die from old age, poison and such. He can still be killed in battle but he has gained greater HD and strength.
All the party levels.
Hmmm.....ok, so this went sooooo wrong.
Some issues have I. Fixes there needs. Hmmm...yes. Fixes I will.
I will be instituting some house rules, as well, there are some character issues I need to study.
Tai. I beleive your War Hulk prestiege class only reaches 10th level. If that's the case then your +2 to str/lev runs out after that. If not the case....it is now.
Pigdish, I will have to study some of the buffs you use, some may not stack with existing armor classes and such. I will be doing some in depth studies on these and other matters
All of you, we're not done yet.
War still wages. It may take a few days to rally support but in the 2000 years the Jade Empire has stood none have done what you have and they learn from their mistakes. Tusk, it may be a long and bloody war but the Orcs now have a home. The Jade empire will eventually belong to the "Horde" as those outside will call the Orc nation.
More to be posted in the various threads we have started. The drow move on the Shadow Plane. The Armies of Marius march upon the "Wall" and Brightstone Keep. And the Coucil of the Anceint Ones watches and they grow discontent. Their children disappoint them and they wonder if perhaps it is time to adopt new children. They share the single thought...GodSlayers

Check your automatic air freshener puffer thingy. I think it puffed itself dry. hehe Without ME to eat the food you wouldn't know how good the food tasted to ME. Anyway I'm still amazed at Joe's constitution having eaten the scorned woman. Some clarification on the summary: 1. There were 40 Beholders 2. There were a a boat load of terracotta warriors (golems). 3. Ilneval is a rank 9 lesser deity. Tusk knocked her out in two hits with no help from others. 4. Grogrog was a demi-god that Tusk took out with a mighty critical blow. 5. Tusk is now a rank 0 deity. 6. Ilneval and Tusk are developing a "thing". King Marius better check himself before he wrecks himself as Seamus had stated a little differently in game. hehe I hope you are not implying that we killed a deity. The party's PR spokesman has stated, " No deities were slain or harmed (greatly) in the course of the adventure. Grogrog was technically already dead and he only had temporary demi-god status. The party rejects and denounces any and all rumors to the contrary. Thank you." BuffsElation: +2 morale bonus to Strength and Dexterity, +5 ft. movement Righteous Wrath of the Faithful: 1 extra attack at highest BaB, +3 morale bonus on attack and damage Magical Vestment: +5 enhancement bonus to AC Greater Magic Weapon: +5 enhancement bonus on attack and damage None of the buffs are the same 'type' so there should be no conflict. Ok, ME out!

It wasn't exactly a cakewalk for Aramil, he got rocked by one of those demon-dogs. Though, Aramil did return the favor. His attack was a back-stab and all the stats are in order. MY two cents worth....the taking of the city was WAY too easy. I'm all for a little tweaking of the game mechanics. As much as I love to KICK-ASS, there is a need for balance in the force. You know, Yin & Yang.
I am the rogue who says: ME!

In truth the reason that all those buffs worked so well is because we had already been striped of all our magic item bonuses by being so far removed from our home plane.
Well no presteage classes accually progress beyond 10 levels however the epic level handbook has rules for extending any 10 level prestiege class beyond its normal max into epic progression. But it is up to the dm to decide which classes can be extended in this manor. So no more warhulk levels i can live with that its time to expand my fighter skills and maybe pick up a few levels of knight not trally sure where frost will go from here, he is kind of without direction.

Well, Tusk respects Frost's combat prowess, his discipline, but overall he really admires that Frost has sworn his loyalty to Tusk.
This trust that Tusk has in his friends is what made the fall of Khedesh seem so easy. Everybody did their part to perfection.
When I get some time I'll post again in the Warchief thread.
