I've been reading the excerpts from the Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss. It sounds pretty nifty, from a DM viewpoint. Dunno how it would be for a player; they've got some feats and spells and such, but I don't see them having a broad appeal (looks at Vera, the exception). It looks like there are about 20 pages of use for players. Like I said, better for DM's. I'd think in a campaign where you can travel to different planes, that these books dealing with the layers of the Abyss would be pretty fun to use.
