Chicken Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
1-32 oz can of chicken broth (low sodium) 2 cups water 1 bag Hanover Seasoning Blend (contains onion, celery and herbs) 1-13 oz. pkg. Barilla tortellini, dry type (either Cheese, or Cheese and Spinach) 1 cup diced, cooked chicken
Preparation:
In a medium sized stock pot, combine broth, water and seasoning blend, and bring to a boil on high heat. Add the tortellini; cook till just tender. Add the chicken and let cook another five minutes.
Makes 4-6 servings.
