Will these guys provoke battle every time it is close? Is he circling maybe the creature is just hungry? Then again I don't think feeding the wild animals is a good idea.

SURPRISE ROUNDThe one creature was easily spotted by most of the part as was it's mate, with the exception of Gibson, Marteen and Tripbang. This two-legged lizard is bigger than an Ogre. It has a long tail tipped with a thick knot of cartilage from which a stinger protrudes much like a scorpion. It has leathery wings and huge jaws filling with rows of long sharp teeth. Random attack roll: [dice=8] = 2 1. Wiccy, 2. Malic, 3. Marteen, 4. Gibson, 5. Camel, 6. Xander, 7. Dwarf, 8. Vandyr The second creature swoops by choosing Malic out of the group. Attacking Malic with it's talons and (possibly) flying away with him. Talon #1: [dice=20] + 10 = 29 (HIT) Damage: [dice=6][dice=6] +4 = 12Talon #2: [dice=20] + 10 = 21 (HIT) [dice=6][dice=6] +4 = 9Initiating Grapple: [dice=20] + 15 = 32 If Grapple is successful: Sting: [dice=20] + 10 = 15 (Hit for Flat-footed AC) Damage: [dice=6] +4 = 6Fort Save DC 17 or: [dice=6][dice=6] = 10 CON DAMAGE Vandyr, Wiccy, Xander, and the Dwarf are free to act at this time. Ezeikeal steps as close as he can to the creature that grabbed malic and fires his crossbow. (I'm new to the feats ,but I have rapid reload so I think I can fire it twice)

I am sure this what father described as a Wyvern. He called them Dragon wannabes
Marteen seeing his friend, attacked and grasped by this foul beast. Yells in Draconic, "You have picked the wrong group to attack. Prepare to meet your ancestors.
Seeing Malic also taken off the ground and out of reach. Marteen prepares to attack anything that come at him. Attack if I get attacked that I see [dice=20]+13
If that hits. Feel the might of Tempus you foul beast.[dice=10]+7

Well, Tripbang would have been delaying anyway, he wants to flank 'em. If he can get at a wyvern on the ground, he's going to drop down and get into flanking position and attack once. If not, he's going to snipe from the trees with his shortbow. Sorry for all the either-or's, but combat is hard without mini's.
Attack roll: [dice=20] +14 (melee) or 12 (ranged)
Yeah, I'm sure that would hit. OK, damage will be primarily sneak attack, as if he's going melee he's flanking and if he's going ranged I doubt they've managed to spot him, he's hidden pretty well in the trees. Dagger is [dice=3] +2 and shortbow is [dice=4]
And the sneak attack on top is [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][rand=8301088314761884895010094091101201737597638015726256631307580336]

The action happens quickly. The Wyvern swoops in grabbing Malic in its large claws and continuing to fly up in the air.
The quick reactions of Tripbang strike the creature with great precision wounding the creature deep near its hindquarters.
Gibson, Ezeikeal, and Xander lose arrows but they do not find their mark.
Marteen seeing his comrade in arms get swept away by the foul creature lets lose a roar jumping to swipe at the creature with his weapon but fails to find its mark. As the creature passes by you you can see the anguish in your friend Malic's face.
Malic struggles in the clutches of the large scaly creature but the grip is too much for him. He turns inward to draw on the divine power but being grapple in such a way prevents him from forming the necessary somatic gestures to manifest the magic.
The gruff dwarf stands at the ready as the creature has flown by him and the commotion around him gives him not much else to do but stand at the ready.
After most of the battle has settled Vandyr's sharp eyes pick out the creature high in the sky. The bow creaks as he pulls the highly tensioned string. The arrow whizzes through the air striking the creature.
Watching the creature fly away with your comrade you see the other Wyvern move towards the other and some sounds of communication stream down to your ears. It sounds vaguely draconic (to those that understand the tongue) but the words are too garbled to decipher.
SUMMARY OF ROUND 1: Vandyr: Does 6 damage to the creature with his bow. Ezeikeal: Uses his crossbow and misses. Xander: Uses his crossbow and misses. Marteen: Missed with melee attack. Malic: Taken by the Wyverns. Gibson: Misses with his bow. Tripbang: Shoots and hits with his shortbow. Does 14 Damage Dwarf: Holds action. Wyvern: Fails to sting Malic but does 21 damage to him with its claws.
At the end of the round the Wyverns are 90 feet in the air away from the group.
Keep the same Initiative rolls (just to cut down on posting and rolls). Post your actions for round 2 (if any) or the combat will end. The Wyverns will continue to fly away with Malic in their grasp.

I didn't want to do this yet, but to save my friend I must.
If anyone has Enlarge Person, please cast it on me now. Do not be alarmed, but if we are to save Malic, I must show you my true self.
Takes off gloves. Seeing Marteen take off something from his hands, a large Golden 1/2 Dragon stands before you.
Enlarging me will allow me to fly. I can find their lair or if one comes at me, lead him to you. I can also carry one of the smaller ones to help. Friend Druid here would be best suited. He can communicate with his companion and the rest can follow him.
