OK, here's the XP rundown- it includes traps avoided or disarmed, but not ones set off (although I suppose that's even more valuable experience, heh). Eh, some that you set off are in here too, not many. You also bypassed a lot of areas, so since you didn't encounter them they're not really overcome. But here's the stuff you saw.
Hallway traps (2) CR 5 each
Sleep trapped corridor with stone juggernaut, CR 11
Throne room, Gem of Cursed Wishing- not really a trap, no XP, but fun!
Mummy Lord- technically a CR 15, but let's face it, they're nowhere near that with their default spell selection. I'll do CR 13 for XP. The dungeon seems to think they're CR 10, and I'd go more for that, but we'll do 13 (Circumstance modifier -2, Half as difficult as should have been).
Room with crossed swords and shield constructs- kicked your ass. They get XP for a CR 9 adventurer, you got ripped a new one, then ran. Sucks when CR 4 constructs attack en masse.
Mithral Valve door- opened with globe, activated one trap and avoided another. Don't think avoiding is really overcoming.
So, the totals are CR5, CR5, CR11, CR 13. Active party members: Dragonsrule, Frodo the thief, Hank, Ungrim the dwarven sorceror... is that it? There was Little John, but he was drowned in green slime before you got to do much. I might be missing someone.
Levels 9 and below:
675 +675 +5400 +10,800 = 17,550 then divide by 4 party members and it's 4,388 XP each
Levels 10 (ECL 10) and above:
500 +500 +4500 +9,000= 14,500 then divide by 4 party members and it's 3,625 XP each
It'll be less if there were 5 of you, but I think that's right, at your levels it should be a pretty good amount all the same.
