Greetings from another Lancaster area gamer! Just wondering if you can still take another player, and if so, how I get involved. Typically play and DM in custom worlds, rogues and clerics or whatever is needed other than wiz/sorc characters (never got the hang of using straight arcane casters). Maybe start in Feb or late January depending on game day? Hope to here back soon!

I'll be calling around to see what people can make it this Sunday- if some of you can PM me your phone numbers it'll be a help for later. As long as we can get at least 3 players we can get started, and we've gotten two confirmations so far. I know some people can't make it then, but we've got to do one sometime. So I'll post back when I know who can make it- stay tuned!

Another new guy should make it - what time and place? Six Feet Under? Now in New Holland, across from McD's?

It is looking like we are going to have enough people for the game tomorrow. So, I am going to show around 12:00. I will probably be early since I don't know how long it will take and I tend to pad my travel times.
Please post here if we are going playing or if there is a different start time.

Yes, that's correct. I know Adam won't be there, and I don't think Pigdish posted, but we should have enough people anyway. So see you all around Noon at Six Feet Under Games!

My wife and I will both be there. Sorry for not posting earlier, I've been trying to fight off this cold and my head has been in a daze.
See you at the store (I was going to say SFU instead of 'the store' but I don't use that kind of language). hahar

Man what a session. I'm just sorry I couldn't finish the Umberhulk and stop the Monk from killing the Ranger fast enough. Pigdish, please let us know if you want to be resurrected or not. I want to go back in and free the slaves and kill the other things in there. Maybe if you have a new character made, Tyler can have him be a rescued Slave.
That Octopus was nasty, and again sorry I couldn't get to him faster. I know he would have had a hard time hitting me first, then trying to grapple me would have been just as hard. Of course I would take the damage if grappled but would just tear the arm apart next round.
It was a pleasure meeting your wife, and once again the cookies were delicious. Also nice meeting Tomas and Dmitri. I am hoping the others interested in joining group can make the next session.

Good game folks. Nice meeting you all.
I think we should have some Owl's Wisdom spells cast the next time we go in there.
I think the party is a good match, though some arcane spell casting would help.
Looking forward to next time.
Tom
BTW I mostly beat the rain home. It started to sprinkle about 2 miles from the house.

Another thing. I mentioned the d20srd project that hyperlinks some the open source D&D material. Here is the link www.d20srd.org/Tom

Yeah, that was a great gaming session especially because of how well the group worked together. It was very nice meeting Tom and Dmitri (sorry but I forgot your real name). It sucked that Pigdish died and that whole misunderstanding with the Darkness spell. I should have just not cast it since I couldn't do what I thought of doing with it (which was to have the darkness around the octopus so he couldn't see any of us) but such is life.
I'm still thinking on what to do with Pigdish. I really love the character and he is my second oldest character (almost nine years). So I'm hesitant to letting him go but since I already play him in another campaign I'm not that sad to let him go for Rincewind's game.
Even though it will be my decision in the end I wouldn't mind hearing the party's thoughts on the matter.
Pigdish
ps My wife had a good time playing after such a long hiatus but it was pretty hard on the kids to be there or so long and getting bored. They have asked us to not take them there for such a long time again. So it looks like, for games at the store, either my wife or myself will be attending future games.

D'oh. I'm sorry we missed it. We'll be there for the next one. And as for needing some arcane casting, I plan on playing a wizard, and my wife will be playing a bard. So, spells ahoy!
