Sweetie, don't be too ticked off. I believe, even though you posted that you would be attending, that they all thought you would be coming with your buddy Rob, so didn't bother to give you Rincewind's address, since Rob had it already.

As to the teen group, it will either be on Sunday, Jan 16th, or Saturday, Jan 28th. My son needs to find out what will work best for his three other friends who will make up the group. There's only 4, so I'm sure that Kaber will be able to fit you and Rob into the teen group.

But Kaber is the DM, and the organizer of these gaming groups, so the final word will be his.

For when the next LGG1 game time is planned:
It's still fine to have the meetings at our house, but we're not up to making a whole dinner again for a while. Last time there were loads of leftovers, and it's a lot of work making food for 8+ (ask LWW). Snacks are fine to do, although if we get sodas specifically for you guys (Mt. Dew) we'd like a little cash chipped in to cover expenses.

In any event, the potluck for next time sounds good. We'll handle a dessert- the one we should have had for last time if I'd been paying attention to our supplies
And don't worry about any food specifically for vegetarians- we're quite capable of feeding ourselves in our own home

whaaa i missed it nooooo, but its ok it was for a good reson. but i'm glad i got some exp just need to find Cigam and see how much more i need ( goes of and kills rats.) but hearing form nick and vera it sounded like ya all had fun . now just tell me when is the next meeting woot. don;'t fell like looking back did he post teh next meeting. oh this wekk my game yeah ( time to rember wha the heck i was going to do)

Luckily, I make most of the meals in a crockpot, and with the teens usually staying overnight........no leftovers. ;D Well, that's for the PAHWG.

For the 3e teen group, they usually have pizza or Chinese, and leftovers are most definitely not an option there.......bunch of hungry monsters.

I had a blast at the game. Sorry I had to take off early, I thought we normally wrapped up at 5pm so that's when I told the boss (my wife) I'd be ready to be picked up. I'm curious to hear about what happened from 5pm on from you guys. How'd I do in the XP relm?

A side note to Kaber. I was looking on my character sheet and saw that the first adventure I did with you guys I got a finely crafted dagger. How can I find out what that really is?

Hey guys, sorry for the delayed response. Work takes its toll...and play too. lol.

Antioch, your dagger can be identified by our local wizard.

Ok so, once again our heros have escaped the clutches of the Militia. With their newfound allies and a large ships compass in tow, our heros follow the glowing needle to the port city of Sarago. Back into the fire our band jumps.

The Druid, sorry I forgot his name) has been trying to rally the elves to fight against a foe only he has seen, failing this he tracks the flight of the Griffons and the party to a camp near Sarago. Here the party splits up. The ranger seeks and finds a place of refuge for the party with his father. The rouge, necromancer and druid enter the city in search of the compasses destination but get side tracked by the Theives guild. Our rouge is almost assasinated but with the promise of delivering his companions instead, he is allowed to go, a helping hand follows him.
The unwanted company is killed but not before revealing his ability to travel to the plane of Shadow with the help of a gem now in the possesion of the necromancer who finds its properties rather addicting.
And of course our friends find that the comapss does indeed point to an old, forgotten fountain near the Sarago Grave yard. After returning to gather the rest of the party and with some skill and imagination they manage to form the keys that will open the door to the forgotten catacombs of the now ruined Temple of Drin and Aros.
Into the dungeon our heroes plunge. Meeting Water elementals, Stirges, Finding portals and traps and batteling for their lives against giant Frost Web Beetles. Now they huddle in the lower protions of the dungeon. Shivering in a dark, icy chamber and tending to their wounds.
