(OOC, Does Aramil detect any drow? If so, Aramil states that "he smells their foul presence" and will maneuver towards one of the drow attempting to do an improved grab attack. If no drow are present, the next likley target would be the grey giant.)

The refugees scatter at the appearance of the two threatening women, the giant, and the large drake.
Maria casts Shield on herself.
When you look at the two women your eyes seem to go cross eyed and you can't seem to get a focus on them. One of the two women aims a finger at Solinar and a flash of jagged blue/white light races towards him and then branches off to strike each of the party members.

As the bolt strikes Solinar the energy from it seems to get absorbed into him and for a brief moment his aura glows brighter from the surge.

The Giant turns from the refugee and charges Tusk. From 10 feet away he raises a wicked looking greataxe, high above his head, in its massive stone and metal plated arms. The bolt of lightning, splitting after striking Solinar, hits the party mates with all its force. Seamus comes close to avoiding the bolt but it comes at him too quickly to avoid. The impact pushes you all back a bit and leaves a smoking burn mark where it struck you.
Seamus you attempt to bring forth the energies to form an Arc of Lightning to strike down the adversaries but your concentration wavers just enough to disrupt the casting of the spell. You grimace from the pain in your abdomen where the lightning bolt struck you.

Solinar dismounts Silverthorn shifting into the hybrid bear form in the process. He looks at Locke with glowing eyes. Vorlundir, his weapon, glowing brightly orange in the presence of the Outsider.
In brightest day, in darkest night, no foe shall escape my sight. By Pelor's light I banish you Outsider. BEGONE!
A blinding white light envelopes Locke and at first she laughs at Solinar in defiance. She is clutching an amulet at her chest but then a look of fright overcomes her face. Her beautiful robes begin to burn at the edges and her hair begins to blow as if in a heavy wind. Then slowly bits of her flesh begins to peel off her and the air fills with her torturous screaming. As more of her skin and muscle and bone begins to strip off and break you see that the once beautiful human now looks like a regal feline being.
I name you Rakshasa and you are not welcome here. BEGONE! Solinar proclaims with authority.
The feline creature then breaks into tiny pieces and disappears from existence.

Turning his attention back to the fight, he takes notice of Aramil and he seems to be just standing there. Refocusing his attention on the 2nd female, Seamus gathers a ball of energy in his hand.
'I am not going to miss you this time.' Seamus mumbles to himself.
