[dice=20]+ 4 for Initiative (sorry, forgot my Dex modifier!)
Dafydd lets out a sigh. Some things never seem to change, so they? Trouble always comes when it's not wanted.
His spear is at the ready and an invocation is on his lips.[rand=3433421925013779344665272142004214056179178730104147252373901292897]

Seeing the rest of his party members starting to prepare themselves for battle, Seamus put his back to stone shelter, spare held at the ready and mumbeling to himself.
"Well Gizard, if we don't have to fight we won't. 'Fires from below, please grow and ......' "

Aramil draws his (wimpy)short bow, and in two quick flashes fires off two (crippling strike) shots: [dice=20]+12, [dice=20]+12
If Aramil hits direwolf, the animal also takes 2 pts of Str damage.
Tanus, as you can clearly see, I am need of a new bow, will you not aid your sylvan breathern? [rand=153872625353188462240515084654076780741418923769565575095927105578]

You fire your bow from beneath your shelter, into the blanket of falling rain and strike true. You hear the yipes of pain followed by deep growls of anger.
Is there a save against the str damage.
If so, Fort [dice=20] + 8 [rand=48389003370801167890427639379296402135106864820849324103986090203]

Ability points lost to damage return on their own at the rate of 1 point per day for each damaged ability. I see no save throw listed.

[[Ah, game on. It's so good to see some action, now wait for it...]]
Sam begins to shimmer, lightly, and his image begins to waver and expand in all directions. His wings and shoulders move forward and up. His body grows and stretches. No sound is heard. His bird head changes. He is morphing into a panther, jet black w/hints of purple and deep blue in the sheen of the fur.
[[This will take his full round. Wolvies are up]].

After Gizgard finishes his WTF moment after seeing Sam transform he will: 1. Attack the dire wolf that Aramil hit.
2. Come to the aid of another in the party in need of healing or attacking the foe.
Attack Roll: [dice=20] + 15 = 33 [dice=20] + 10 = 14
Damage Roll: [dice=10] + 10 = 17
If anybody tries to attack me they have a 20% chance to miss (due to the Concealing Mist surrounding me from Otiax). My AC is 25.[rand=91655377511454898682392474608456068870935945394844674860720875039]

Taunis readies his own bow, prancing nervously.
"My little friend, you seem to do quite well with the bow you have Taunis chuckles but his face is grim.
Two of the wolves charge forward, one with an arrow protruding from his right shoulder. As their massive heads breach the curtain of water cascading off the lip of your stone shelter Gizagard strikes the wounded beast, knowing that the leader of the pack has stood well back and out of bow shot. The blow hits home, striking an eye. The wolf howls in fury and lashes out with dagger like teeth. His brother strikes at the Centaur.

Third wolf [dice=20] + 17 = 29
The attacks were fast and ferious, the two wolves charge in, Gizgard strikes a hit as his brother snaps at taunis' legs. The centaur falls even as Gizgard draws blood. The wolf's howl of pain drowns out the paniced shouts of tuanis a mere 5 feet away. His short bow falls from his hands as another wolf breaks through and the two drag taunis into the pouring rain.
The leader then shouts out in common. Vermin!!! See the guardians of Kirgala and her sisters, See now the power we Dra' en command! Ourrrroooool!! Ourrroolllllloooooo Rark! Grrrruulllll Rark! Ragnock aroch!
the voice is commanding, seeming to reverberate from deep within the earth. The ground shudders and your stone shelter begins to move.....begins to rise....

Hearing the voice of the leader, Seamus looks in that direction to spot the leader.
spot check

If Seamus see the leader, he completes his spell
"Fires from below, please grow and show this foe which way he may not go ..... WALL OF FIRE"

saving = none spell resistance = yes
If Seamus does not see the leader. He stops casting his spell and run out into the rain to aid the centaur. Letting out a loud highlander battle cry, Seamus charges out with spear (+1) and takes a stabe at the closest wolf.

Dafydd does two things...
a) grabs Taunis' bow b) fires off one hellfire blast at the closest wolf grabbing Taunis (we can see through the wall of fire, right?):
[dice=20] +11 (27)
[dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] (16)
No save against the blast, Reflex Save (DC 19) or catch on fire and take an additional [dice=6][dice=6] (9) points of damage next round.
Dafydd reaches for the Centaur's bow, for such a fine weapon should not fall into the hands of Taunis' enemies, and his hands and eyes begin to glow with the fires of Hell. He takes aim, generates a burst of heat from the pits of the abyss, and fires it at the nearest wolf grabbing Taunis.
(Just so you know, it's a ranged touch attack, and I have both point blank and precise shot, so no penalties)[rand=8041597502407485575501332848806788139021538884752812215555296468]

Initiative for ROUND 2: [dice=20] + 9 = 25
Spot (to locate the leader): [dice=20] + 5 = 21
Grimtusk will also use Scent to locate the leader and tell Gizgard the location. He will also move to the location of the leader.
Gizgard will use Thought Travel (50 feet - standard action) or move 120 feet as a full action to get to the leader and attack him. Depending on how close he is.
Gizgard shouting over the sound of the rain and growling, "Sumbody try and hep Taunis. Me gonna try and ged da leader to see if dese wooves stop attacking us and udders."
Attacking the Dra'en leader (if he is not reachable then I will attack the wounded wolf dragging Taunis):
Power attack (5): [dice=20] + 15 - 5 = 24 [dice=20] + 10 - 5 = 22

Aramil will assist Taunis, he will use Evasion, and track down the wolves who took Taunis. Aramil will hold his action until he sees he has a opportunity for a sneak attack against one of the wolves. If there is no such opportunity for a sneak attack, Aramil will fire off two shots with his bow.

Seamus you cannot see the pack leader through the rain and dense forest, you will suffer a -2 to hit due to the torential rains and slipery conditions. Same for all who enter melee combat in the rains.
Seamus bellows a war cry and charges out from beneath the shifting shelter. raising his spear he strikes the nearest wolf a glancing blow. It snarls angrily.
Daffydd summons hellfire and sends it hurling toward the wolf Seamus struck. The wolf's angry growls turn to howls of pain as it leaps to the side, a blackened swath of chared muscle and tissure running along its right flank.
