Looks to Gibson. Hop on! As he pats his horse, Ealdwine, lightly. Ezeikeal stops as he hears Galadon. First off I do not know you. I thank you for coming on this journey with us, but this man stuck his neck out in front to confront these beasts which there attack was, I'm sure, meant for all of us. In my book he he should be a martyr, accepting to risk himself the way he did. I will not let him be flown off and quite possibly be slain. It is my duty to save a living being from suffering before I fore go and end a already slain creatures torment because his physical belonging are in the hands of kobolds. If the rest of you feel differently maybe we should split the party and meet at a common way point. On the later, we save Malic even if we must take on this forest's denizens. Looks to the group. I know this may be or not a hard decision, but this puts us in a hard spot. Malic is a strong lad yes, but can he last long against two of those creatures for long? Ezeikeal begins to have a helpless then almost despairing look on his face. His head drops. I leave the decision to the group. Why way such a hard decision on me? I am stuck between two walls here. Oh Ilmater give me a sign. A sign to what I should do to end which suffering.

Galadon: Walking up to Ezeikeal, "You will not be able to ride after those creatures for too long." Galadon points to the dense forest over which the Wyverns are flying over. "The Wealdath is formidable to traverse on foot and we do not wish to attract the attention of its denizens. As much as I regret the loss of our friend, that is not the way to go."
Turning to Marteen. "I could pursue them in my bird form but even then I could not catch up to them. They have a big head start and are moving faster away. Unless you are a lot faster than I expect you shall not be even able to see them in a few minutes." This half-breed must be watched closely. Chasing after those creatures will only delay...
[[On initiative 9 (When Marteen can act) the wyverns will be over 210 feet (90' + 120') up and away.]]

(with double moves I can go 120 ft a round flying. It is not so much to catch up but to find where they take him, and wait for everyone.) Up to party Turning to Galadon. You hired us to go undercover with these evil men. We had to endure watching them torturing the Elves. My stomach turned more every day, we were with them. Now you just want to abandon Malic to dinner for 2 Wyverns. If more harm comes to him, you will answer to Tempus. I will abide by what the party wants. However I vote for finding Malic fast.

My bond is not yet so great with this creature that I can speak to him from afar. Direction you would be without, should I pursue. Mind you, I too have speed on the wing, but not such as to match theirs Ludrud ponders his actions, but knows little of the habits of these creatures. Moments later Sharp eyed one He turns to Jaehr Perhaps we might have some fortune hunting after the beasts. What say you, shall we be off? Ludrud extends his hand toward the ranger

Good folks, remember also we know where here is. We can come back to here, after we rescue Malic, and still free the spirit of the sphinx.

Moments later Sharp eyed one He turns to Jaehr Perhaps we might have some fortune hunting after the beasts. What say you, shall we be off? Ludrud extends his hand toward the ranger. I've hunted many a creature, but never one that has taken off to the sky... Jaehr nods at the Dwarf and looks in the direction the beasts took off in. It would definately be a challenge, but I'm up for it.((Knowledge (Nature) to try to get information that would help in pursuit of the creatures. Possible caves/nesting grounds especially. [dice=20]+11= 27)) [rand=7812363843412171722173094760589554071548513912979111156196978709]

"He's a damn fool and our chances of rescueing him are slight. But I was just starting to like him and I'll be damned before I give up on him. Gods willing their nest is close."
"I get the feeling Marteen the only person with that spell memorised is Malic."
"Right behind you Jaehr." Gibsons awaits the call to move.

Well, I might get a second shot off if I get higher than 9 init for the 2nd round, but it's going to do basically no damage. We'll see.
Init: [dice=20] +5 Attack 1: [dice=20] +12 Attack 2: [dice=20] +7
Oh, I'll try to confirm the crit on the second hit. [dice=20] +7 Ah, nice. Pity, tho, a small shorbow is 1d4, I believe.
Shot 1: [dice=4] Shot 2: [dice=4]
Heh, so that's 4 damage from the first, 6 from the second with the x3 crit. After shooting, I'm going to tumble out of the tree, bow in hand.
Drat, he got away.[rand=4899925666257155760333500405102887473670222773577476258598676888]

New faces at every turn! Ludrud proclaims, then looking back to Jaehr, he grasps the ranger's arm, hoists him up, and turns in the direction the Wyverns were last seen going. We must be swift if we are to find them, my trail won't be hard to follow, for those who wish to, but we may be quite difficult to keep up with. And Ludrud leads his camel off into the woods (the way the creatures flew)

Gibson looks at the horse with a look of distrust and distaste. "I don't actualy know how to ride." he hesitated for a moment.
"About time I learn't then." he continued taking Ezeikeal's hand firmly and heaving himself up behind him.

Rides into Wealdath with Samuel on back. I follow you! Ezeikeal yells, As he tries to catch up to the ranger and dwarf. This forest will not be an easy task. Gets hit in the face by branches flying by.

Half-dragon, I will aid you. I have enlarge person and haste learned. We shall catch those foul beasts and free our comrade.
Xandar casts enlarge person and haste on Marteen

OK, we can follow. I don't want to attack, unless it is needed. However if I take Xandar, how can we communicate. I can get close enough for Xandar to hit the one, not carrying Malic, and draw him back here. But we must get airborne now.
To Xandar. I will not drop you. So if needed, you should have no trouble casting spells.
