I`m not sure they'd live long enough to know that, tho. Our approach to being attacked tends to be "save one for questioning, let the Necromancer animate the rest."

If we killed them all and then have the necromancer question them would they tell us everything truthfully?

I can't post anything in PAHWG because my character there doesn't know about you guys and has more pressing things to get through.

PAHWG does have at least one thing going for them......They have a kind of "Where in the plan did we discuss a TARASQUE!? I don't remember mentioning a Trasque, did you say soemthing about a Trasque? A Trasques was NOT part of the Plan!!!" kind of luck. lol.
It's ok, it will be awhile yet before they catch up to you guys. Just setting the stage as paths cross.
At this point its anybody's game. PAHWG may end up allying with you. Or if Seamus's paranoia continues, half of them may join with you just to stop him from destroying the world with some as of yet indicated artifact of phenomenal power.
And from PAHWG standing they'll find that Drin may just be misunderstood, if a little overzealous.
Hehehe, gods and demons both are in play and anybody can be a pawn. MUahahahahaha!!!!! #FIREdevil#

Aye, I think most of us are aware that we're dealing with a pair of opposed gods, neither of whom is good-aligned. Although I think last time we asked, Drin was something-or-other Evil and Lor was something-or-other neutral. So when you think a goddess is misunderstood, just take a look at the auras of her clerics, heh.
As to the question of whether the charred husks of PAHWG would have to answer our questions honestly when subjected to a "speak with dead", that depends on their alignment when compared to our Necro's. But we don't tend to strike against unknowns unless we're presented with hostile peoples- to paraphrase, "You all saw it, that village attacked us first."

Unless there is some major deception or hokus pokus going on I can't imagine why or how the two parties would fight each other. It would be great if they became adversaries on a misunderstanding. Not that I'm wanting the two parties to be adversaries. More like competing for the same prize or something.

I can think of a few senarios that would pit the two groups against eachother, I can also think of a few where they work together, if even for a short time before conflict occurs or where no confrontation occours at all.
There are so many ways this can go and either group I think will have mixed feelings about the others endevours. A Necropolis is not a popular thing and the unfication and rise to power of an Orcish nation is not high on the list either.
Then there is the preception of evil. To LGG1 the clerics of Drin may be Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil but to PAHWG the Clerics might be True Neutral or Neutral Good.
And lets not forget who's in league with a Red Dragon and who has killed numerous Royal Militia. That is tantamount to an assult on the throne in itself.

Aye, but a Throne that has a false monarch on it. And with Lady Grey, apparently, up and about again. I think we need to take care of her, once and for all.

I know that subjectively, a cleric may appear to be differing alignments, but objectively, with "detect evil," all clerics of evil deities detect as evil, regardless of their own alignment- ask Grond. D&D's alignment system takes some fun out of metaphysical arguments.
